Core simulation kernels and execution logic.

The simulation_kernels module provides the fundamental Numba-accelerated kernels for population simulation.

Run survival stage: apply survival/viability and juvenile recruitment.
New flow: 1. Compute survival components (as survival-rate arrays) 2. Apply all survival rates in one pass (stochastic or deterministic) 3. Perform density-dependent juvenile recruitment

Discrete generation has no sperm storage; a dummy sperm store is passed to the CSR executor so declarative operations can still target the sperm tensor gracefully (it remains unused).
